When he discovered the mortgage industry, Danny fell in love with the ability to help people achieve the American dream of home ownership. Born and raised in south Florida, and having spent much of his life here, he feels so fortunate to be able serve his own community at a high level, by helping place over 1,800 families into their new homes thus far. He specializes in creating a personalized mortgage experience for each individual client, while using his expertise and knowledge in the field to insure a seamless home buying process. Danny works diligently to provide the best mortgage products, along with a high-level financial review for each of his clients and trusted partners. He absolutely adores spending time with his sons, Ryder and Reid, and with his beautiful wife, Carly. Carly has achieved great success in business as well, as the founder and proud owner of Tokar Family Chiropractic. She has been an integral part of his success by providing the love and support that every wife should, and he is so grateful for her. In their free time, they enjoy attending sporting events, family gatherings, taking vacations, and staying active.

Ari Tokar

He works with his production team to ensure that they meet their commitments to our clients and partners, spearheads our training and onboarding initiatives, and is the branch liaison to his home office for operations, accounting, and other key functions.

Before joining the mortgage industry, Ari spent many years in the financial services and hospitality fields. With enthusiasm, creativity, and care, he’s helped to design systems that help our clients build wealth through homeownership in a personalized and strategic manner. At Benchmark, we embrace a “lender-for-life” mindset that looks beyond any single transaction but instead assists our clients in identifying and achieving their short and long-term financial goals.

Ari is passionate about community involvement and giving back. He is a past Realtors – Broward | Palm Beaches St. Lucie Affiliate committee member, a Leadership Academy graduate, and proudly represent Benchmark throughout the state of Florida. He is also licensed in California, Georgia, New York, and Tennessee.

Mark Alexander

Marco Almeida

Read my bioMarco was born in the Cape Verde Islands of the Coast of Africa (Interesting fact, most of the Hurricanes that come to Florida usually starts in the Cape Verde Islands). He grew up in Brockton, Massachusetts which is known as the City of Champions, and the Great Boxing champions Marvin Hagler and Rocky Marciano. Marco moved to Florida in 2004, only to be introduced to Hurricane Jeanne. Marco has been a loan officer for approximately a year and a half, and prior to that he worked for AT&T for 14 years. His background in sales and customer service has been intricate to his success in the mortgage world as he has been able to effectively assist clients in understanding their rates and ensures they understand the entire mortgage process. Marco stresses that he is only as good as his team simply because it takes an entire group to make a successful loan closing.

To Glenn the best part of living in Florida is the weather. During all four seasons you can do pretty much any outdoor activity. Go to the park , pool or beach day, day on the water, sports and sporting events, family barbecues. And if it rains you can usually check back in 30 minutes and see clear skies.
